Visually not the most exciting part of an installation but the most important, the mains board is a distribution board for all circuits and the main ‘hub’ that makes everything work.
Having the correct size board fit for purpose and allowing for future circuit installations is vitally important. At the initial survey of the job we will work out all the current requirements and any foreseeable work will be taken into consideration.
Mains boards work hard to function all the lighting and electricity within a building, making it quite a dangerous area, so, making sure the correct protection (circuit breaker) is in place, should a problem occur, is imperative.
